We hope we have thought of everything to make your arrival and stay at Mavi Ev easy, comfortable and hassle free. We are delighted to supply:
- Complementary welcome hamper provided with all the necessary supplies for your arrival.
- Shopping service – send us your personal shopping list in advance of your arrival and we will do a full supermarket shop for you. Shopping service fee applies.
Airport transfers arranged with a local reliable transport company. Professional drivers, comfortable vehicles. Drivers will be waiting for our Korsan guests at the meeting point outside the airport terminal.
A Korsan Villas Representative will visit you the morning after your arrival to welcome you and to answer any questions you may have about the villa, including:
- Information about the Korsan Team
- Cleaning procedures
- TV and equipment operation
- Maintenance issues
- Gardening procedures
- Pool maintenance procedures
Our Villa Representative will outline the services available from Korsan Ltd and take orders for the following:
- Morning fresh bread &/or milk delivery
- Ice delivery
- Breakfast delivery service
- Lunch service
- Korsan Restaurants delivery service
- Home BBQ service with a chef to do the cooking for you
- Coffee machine capsules available for purchase
- Drinking water delivered
- Babysitting service
- Laundry service
- Additional cleaning service
- Concierge Service for assistance with booking restaurants, arranging boat trips, day trips, rental cars, etc.
The Korsan Villa Representative is contactable throughout the day, and at nighttime for emergencies, by telephone. The Representative will provide guests will contact numbers including WhatsApp for free calls.
Return transfer details provided in advance with check-out times. We will try to be as accommodating as possible with check-out times. We can store luggage for guests with late departure times and provide suggestions of where to spend the day.
All Korsan Villas offer the highest standard cleaning service. As standard, the Korsan team of cleaners will do a full top to bottom clean of your villa mid-week and at the end of each week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen weekly. We are mindful of the environment but if you wish to have your bed linen changed more often this can be arranged. Additional daily cleaning can be arranged with an extra fee.
Also provided:
- Pool towels.
- Hairdryers.
- All utility equipment provided, i.e. washing machine & dryer, iron, ironing board.
- Baby cots and highchairs available for infants.
- The fastest available Wi-Fi internet connection.
- Private back-up water store for when the mains water is unavailable.
- TV package offering international and English language channels.
- Coffee capsules can be purchased from Korsan.
We pride ourselves on our maintenance response time and will always have any maintenance issues dealt with in the fastest possible time.
Guests have access to the super-sized Likya estate communal pool, handily placed just 50m from Mavi Ev - a nominal fee is payable. You'll also find a great poolside café serving drinks and snacks there.
